ValueQonnect Management + Consultancy is founded in 2020 by Dr. Ir. Ravish Mehairjan. 

ValueQonnect Management & Consultancy aspires to work with business partners by “connecting values with qualities from different expertise areas”.  We strongly believe in working as part eco-systems. These eco-systems can be with our clients, other consultancy firms and independent professionals.

Ravish Mehairjan is a business and people-oriented interim manager & management consultant with a strong passion and proven track record to realize strategic changes in an inspiring and pragmatic way.

Ravish likes to be challenged by roles where pioneering, improving, achieving results and coaching are central. Ravish holds a PhD from Delft Universirty of Technology  and has worked for more than 11 years in various roles in the Dutch Electricity industry at Stedin. After that Ravish was senior manager at Deloitte Risk Advisory within the Energy & Resources Industry.

Prior to starting ValueQonnect, I worked at Deloitte in the Netherlands as senior manager in the Governance & Strategic Risk advisory practice within the Energy, Resources & Industrials client segment. Before joining Deloitte, I spent over 10 years at Stedin Group (Dutch Electricity & Gas Network Operator) in various roles and departments as professional and department head (engineering operations, asset management, process improvement, corporate risk management). I have a background in Electrical Sustainable Engineering (MSc), Infrastructure Asset & Maintenance Management (PhD), Lean Six Sigma & Change Management (Blackbelt), Project Management and various leadership and management development trainings.
